Register a new customer account

Create your own Weboksi customer account to simplify and expedite the ordering process. Once you have created an account, your order history will be saved with us, making it easy to reorder products. As an option for business customers, we also offer payment by invoice for orders. Here, you can create a new customer account. To register an account, you must have a business ID number.

How do I know if a product is approved for food use?

All products in our online store are approved for food use.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DELIVERY

Do I need a customer account to place an order?

You do not need a customer account to place an order with Weboksi. Your previous orders will be saved if you have a customer account, and having a customer account makes your shopping experience easier and faster.

 

Delivery time

Within Finland, your order should arrive within 1-2 business days, and in Sweden, delivery time is approximately one week from when the order is dispatched. We ship orders to other EU countries within 1-2 business days of placing the order, and delivery should take 1-2 weeks.

 

How will my order be delivered?

You can choose either delivery or pickup from the store. Your package will be sent as a parcel if you choose delivery, and if you choose pickup, you will receive information about the pickup in the confirmation email.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order immediately in our gourmet store via Paytrail. If you are a business customer with a registered tax number, you can also choose invoice as your payment method.

 

Payment by Invoice

Payment by invoice is possible once you have created a business account with us with a registered tax number. The invoice will be sent to your registered email address in the form of an e-invoice or PDF.

 

Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice will be sent to your email address immediately after your order. Unfortunately, sometimes invoices end up in your spam folder, so if your invoice does not appear in your email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Contact our customer service if the invoice has not arrived within a few hours.

COMPLAINTS

Product Damaged in Transit

If your product has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service by filling out the form below. Please provide your order number and attach a photo of the damage, and our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping in all cases except for complaints. All returned products must be unopened and in saleable condition. If you want to return a product, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days within Finland and about a week for Sweden after the order has been shipped. For other EU countries, we will ship the order within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed, and it should arrive within 1-2 weeks.

You can choose either delivery or pick-up from the store. If you choose delivery, your package will be sent as a postal package, and if you choose pick-up, you will receive information about pick-up in the confirmation email."
